3. Front-line engagement

  • All front-line employees, including executive team
  • One day agenda (may require multiple days to reach all employees)
  • 30/70 content focus (jeff/Yours)
  • Content: Customers, Reputation, Improvement
  • Deliverables: Vision, architecture, accountability, tools, hope, pride

 

Specialty engagement (if needed)

  • Special Employee Group (Vendors, Contract Employees, Physicians, etc), plus executive team
  • One day agenda
  • 70/30 content focus (jeff/Yours)
  • Content: Leadership Chain of Excellence
  • Key Deliverables: Hope, unity, buy-in, vision, architecture, accountability, tools

 

Value-driven engagement fees:

 

Long-term engagements quickly reach a best-value (advocate) fee. Naturally, a one-time engagement carries the highest per-day fee. Keynote Speeches (60, 75, or 90 minutes) start at $25k.

International fees higher.

 

 

Single-event engagement schedule (Leadership Retreat, etc):

  • $39k One-day engagement
  • $64k Two-day engagement
  • $28k Half-day engagement

 

Multiple engagements schedule (Cultural Transformation):

  • $39k/day     •  1st Day: Executive Engagement (1 day = $39k)
  • $32k/day     •  2nd Day: Leadership Engagement (1 day = $32k)
  • $30k/day     •  3rd Day: Leadership Engagement (1 day = $32k)
  • $28k/day     •  4th Day: Employee Engagement (1 day = $28k)
  • $26k/day      •  5th Day: Additional Engagements (1 day = $26k)
  • $24k/day      •  6th Day: Additional Engagements (1 day = $24k)
  • $24k/day      •  7th Day: Additional Engagement (1 day = $24k)
  • $22k/day      •  8th Day: Additional Engagement (1 day = $22k)
  • $22k/day      •  9th Day: Additional Engagement (1 day = $22k)
  • $20k/day      •  10th Day: Additional Engagement (1 day = $20k)

Assumptions:

  • You only work with the owner (jeff) so syou are getting the very best every time
  • You are one of a select group (jeff typically averages only 10-15 full-day engagements per year)
  • Typical pre-engagement employee commitment levels are roughly 20-60-20.
  • 20% – “Let’s go”
  • 60% – “I’ll wait and see”
  • 20% – “It’ll never work”
  • Typical post-engagement employee commitment levels
  • 90% – “Let’s go”
  • 10% – split between “I’ll wait and see” and “It’ll never work”
  • Some industries may have a fourth layer of employees (Vendors, Physicians, etc).
